Eric Smith, Owner/Mortgage Consultant

Eric has over 25 years of real estate related experience. He began his career in the family business of commercial property management, and then began acquiring and developing property on his own. During this time, Eric applied for and received many loans and often felt that he knew more about the loan process than his loan officer. In 1994, Eric opened Advantage Mortgage Company and has since closed over 3,000 loans. Eric offers a wealth of experience from both a borrower's and a lender's perspective and diligently follows loans through to closing. By achieving a high level of client satisfaction, Eric has cultivated long term client relationships through repeat and referred business.

Robin Weimer, Loan Processor

Robin is far more than a processor. She has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years, and is a licensed professional underwriter. She has reviewed loan applications for lenders, and knows exactly what to look for when processing applications. Robin not only spots potential problems, she knows how to expedite the loan if there is one. Robin has been with Advantage Mortgage since 1997.
